At AdaptR Fitness Inc., we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be submitted for fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled.


Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

As a result:

  • Orders may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers
  • Orders may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging
  • Shipping carriers may include Amazon Logistics, Canada Post, UPS, or other regional carriers

Typical delivery windows:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 3–8 business days

Lost or Stolen Packages

AdaptR Fitness Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes or recovery of the package.
