Return & Refund Policy

At AdaptR Fitness Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on our website:

We will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a full refund
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
Fulfillment & Shipping (Amazon MCF)
Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
As a result:
- Shipping times may vary depending on location
- Orders may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
AdaptR Fitness Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment providers, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
